Hannah brings a wide range of experience across the Food sector, Ecommerce, FMCG, High Growth Digital and Publishing. Beginning her career in Retail, across a number of operational and management roles, Hannah has grounded her risk practice in a deep understanding of what operators and business leaders need from risk management, as well as pioneering innovative approaches and techniques to practically apply risk and make it stick. After delivering a number of risk transformations within start-up, scale up and established environments, Hannah is a specialist in delivering the cultural, behavioural and architectural change needed to turn risk into results.
Jo Armstrong
Jo is an influential, innovative and dynamic leader with a proven track record for defining and implementing simple solutions to complex problems across large organisations at the Board level. Jo has over 20 years of experience working across multiple financial service institutions, with an extensive knowledge of cyber and technology risk management gained across first and second-line roles. Jo adopts a pragmatic approach to risk management ensuring risk is used as a business enabler. This in turn empowers Executive Committees to make the right decisions at the right time, considering customer, financial, reputation and regulatory impact.
Mark Holt
Mark started his career as an external auditor at KPMG before moving to Head of Internal Audit at Rubix Group, a multinational based in Wythenshawe. After working as a Senior Manager within the RSM Risk and Assurance team he moved to lead the creation and development of the enterprise risk management framework at Boohoo Group. Mark is currently the Head of Group Risk at PZ Cussons, the internationally listed group behind brands such as Imperial Leather and Carex, based near Manchester Airport.
Ryan Swann
Ryan Swann, Founder of RiskSmart, is an accomplished FinTech lawyer and Chief Risk Officer. After leading risk and compliance teams for several years – there are few out there who understand the risk and tech landscape as he does. He’s led and developed risk teams into data-driven, digital analytics specialists using intelligent tech tools to provide real-time assurance across the enterprise, operational and regulatory risk.
