Head of Compliance Helpdesk

This role presents an opportunity for someone to take ownership of a Compliance function, within one of the UK market leaders in providing entrepreneurial and technical support to the financial services sector.

Primarily, the responsibility would be to oversee the internal Compliance helpdesk:

• Manage the team's capability to provide compliance support services
• Able to upskill and mentor direct reports
• Work with other areas of the Group to retain and attract more customers

Your Profile

• Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
• High-level knowledge of FCA regulatory standards and mortgage/investment advice process
• Excellent people and management skills, ideally with experience leading a team
• Technically proficient (learning new software applications)
