Controller (w/m/d)

A global real estate business looking to bring a controller in to their office in Hamburg, offering 4 days a week remote.

To strengthen our Controlling team, we are looking for a full-time Controller (f/m/d) at our Hamburg office.

Unleash your potential in the following areas of responsibility:

• Monthly reporting and commentary
• Management of working capital and determination of performance indicators
• Support in cash and liquidity planning
• Participation in the annual budgeting process and forecasting
• Development and implementation of trainings
• Supporting partners and employees with ad-hoc requests
• Direct reporting to the Head of Controlling EMEA and support to the CFO EMEA
• Preparation of meaningful presentations for management
• Participation in national and international projects and in the implementation of new systems

You bring these qualities with you:

• A degree in business administration or comparable training
• Ideally at least three years of professional experience in (ideally) an real estate firm
• Enjoy working in an international environment and have previous experience in working with global teams
• very strong communication skills in both German and English language
• analytical and structured thinking, careful work and a high degree of initiative
• proficient handling of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint is desirable
