Credit Policy Group will play a critical leadership role in shaping the bank's credit policies and strategies to ensure they align with our risk management objectives, regulatory standards, and business goals. This senior position will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of credit policies and guidelines, ensuring their effectiveness in mitigating risk while supporting business growth.


Qualifications:

• 5+ years demonstrated experience in risk management
• Direct experience with credit policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines
• Strong analytical skills & problem-solving capabilities
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Strong strategic, communication, writing and presentation skills
• Strong work ethic, ability to make decisions, & work under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to establish and deliver efficient, effective solutions in a timely manner
• College degree or equivalent professional experience
