Your role as the new Finance Business Partner will support the FP&A team in driving the firm's performance and allow for continuous dialogue between stakeholders and key business units.

About The Role:

• Detailed analysis of forecasting and budgeting cycles, leading to impactful policy decisions on P&L.
• Delivering forecasting support and scenario analysis
• Conducting financial cohort analysis
• Presenting the 5-year forecast to senior stakeholders for strategy and budgeting purposes.

About You:

• Experience in a commercial finance, business partnering or FP&A role.
• Experience in a financial services, retail banking, consumer lending environment.
• Excellent balance sheet and revenue modelling skills, with the ability to develop and refine these methods.
• Knowledge of IFRS9
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
