Broadgate are proud to be partnered with a tech consultancy going through a period of hyper-growth. The business is privately owned and led by the founders based in London. During this period of growth and transformation, the firm are looking to hire a Finance Director to establish the foundations of a self serving finance function.

The role is paying £90,000 - £100,000 + bonus

About You:

• Professional qualification in finance (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
• Experience in a management position in a start up/scale up environment.
• Proven experience with process implementation and growing a finance function.
• A hungry attitude, with a drive to support a growing business.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability of building relationships internally and externally.

About the Role:

• Oversee and support the preparation of all aspects of the management accounts.
• Review the Year-end statutory reporting process.
• Support the team with journal postings, invoices, expenses, and reconciliations.
• Lead on third party relationships and any external stakeholders.
• Assisting the Founders with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
• Improve internal processes, reports and the financial culture in the company.
• Manage the current finance team and support the growth of the function.
