Key Responsibilities
As the Finance System Implementation Manager, you will:
- Lead the Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of SunSystems, ensuring timely and successful delivery aligned with organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including finance, IT, and operational teams, to understand requirements, manage expectations, and ensure smooth adoption.
- System Configuration: Work closely with technical teams and vendors to configure and customize SunSystems to meet their specific needs.
- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training sessions to ensure staff are confident and capable in using the new system.
- Change Management: Drive change management initiatives, addressing potential challenges and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Project Governance: Establish robust project governance, monitor progress against milestones, and manage risks effectively.
- Post-Implementation Review: Evaluate the success of the implementation and recommend improvements for future projects.
To excel in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in managing finance system implementations, ideally SunSystems.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- A deep understanding of finance processes and systems, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to driving positive change.
