Financial Controller

Your tasks:

Finance and Accounting:

o Lead the coordination of audit processes for the entire

Portfolio

o Manage compliance with various accounting, tax, and treasury

matters with third-party service providers in order to ensure timely and accurate

Ensure routine financial reporting

o Review of the annual audited financial statements of the European portfolio

in accordance with IFRS or local GAAP

Support for acquisitions:

o Coordination of financial due diligence with external service providers to

Supporting and advising the acquisition team on new acquisitions

o Assistance with the onboarding of service providers (e.g. accountants,

auditors, external property managers, etc.) with regard to the establishment of

of accounting, financial and reporting standards

Your profile:

o Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, taxation, or

related vocational training; Chartered Public Accountant

(CPA) or other related certifications are an advantage

o Professional experience: 3-7 years of experience in real estate accounting or a

related field with at least 2 years of experience in the creation and/or

Audit of annual financial statements

o Language skills: Fluent in German (an advantage) and English (must)

Qualifications:

o Solid knowledge of IFRS and GAAP (HGB) as well as good Excel skills are

required

o Ability to work independently and coordinate processes at the same time, as part of
