Manager - Fund Administration & Client Services

A independent alternative provider in Luxembourg are seeking an experienced professional in fund administration to lead their corporate service lines and client delivery. This is within an intimate business model which provides autonomy. This position is a great opportunity for an agile individual, knowledgeable in the corporate/legal alternative investment world in Luxembourg looking for their next step in senior management.

The role

You will be primarily responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of client service delivery related to the Administration team.

The following service lines will fall under this role:

  • Domiciliation
  • Company Secretarial
  • Registrar and Transfer Agency
  • Corporate Governance

The role will encompass line management of managers / assistant managers and will report to the Head of Office.

It is expected that the role will include taking the position of Director/Gerant on certain client boards.

The role will be the senior escalation point for client matters and will also include the support of the Head of the Office and Authorised Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the client service team, supporting and overseeing the team performance in all aspects, ensuring service excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Work within the set budget to meet gross profit targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, representing the business credibly, receiving and acting on feedback.
  • Ensure all procedures and processes are adequate and are adhered to.
  • Report to the Management Committee and board on operational and financial performance.
  • Assist the Head of the Office and the Authorised Managers with their day-to-day responsibilities.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Sound knowledge and experience of AIFM structures
  • Strong technical knowledge of corporate governance / administration practices as well as regulations applicable to a specialised PSF and to funds and their associated vehicles.
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Team management experience
