As Senior Regulatory Compliance Advice Manager you are responsible for leading the Regulatory Advice team in providing clear, pragmatic, and timely advice in terms of its day-to-day activities and for any change initiatives.

In addition, you are responsible for analysing regulatory change and supporting impacted business areas in effective implementation and embedding.

Main Duties

• Support the design and implementation of an effective framework to ensure day-to-day activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies & standards.
• Ensure that effective regulatory advice is provided for change activities such as product developments and other projects.
• Support the SMCR framework for our entities so that the firms and its SMFs are fully supported in meeting their individual responsibilities.
• Effectively manage your own risks and controls whilst overseeing and challenging the business on their risks and controls.

Key Skills and Experience

• SME-level knowledge of the FCA sourcebook and associated guidance.
• Strong General Insurance background
• An understanding of how the wider regulatory environment operates and the FCA's priorities and areas of focus.
