This is a rare opportunity, to work 100% remotely, with a national law firm and employer of choice. In this varied role you will support a variety of businesses from start-up to scale-up as well as listed organizations.

Due to client demand, this is an attractive opportunity for a senior employment lawyer seeking a varied workload in a supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will deliver on some or all of the following:
- advise on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
- draft contracts of employment, consultancy agreements, policies, and procedures.
- advise on employee and worker status including IR35.
- advise on disciplinary and grievance processes.
- advise on discrimination and whistle-blowing cases.
- assist with TUPE transfers, business restructures, redundancies, and other corporate transactions.
- support the defence of Employment Tribunal claims.
- enforcement/defence of restrictive covenant claims.
- handling senior exec severances.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

- Previous experience with a reputable law firm.
