The company has developed a state-of-the-art digital asset trading platform tailored for regulated financial institutions, improving capital efficiency and reducing latency to drive institutional adoption in the crypto market.

Role overview:

We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to oversee all legal matters and ensure compliance with financial market laws and report directly to the COO. This is an opportunity to thrive in a dynamic regulatory environment where your contributions are critical to our success.

Main tasks:

• Handle all legal matters and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts.

• Develop and implement policies and processes.

• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact.

• Collaboration with regulatory authorities, external legal partners and auditors.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in law from a Swiss university

• Experience in a legal role in the financial sector (trading, settlement, banking).

• Fluent written and spoken German and English skills.
