Senior Risk Manager - Payments - up to 85k

I am looking for an ambitious operational risk professional to support risk Director of this firm, and help towards the continued growth of the risk function within the payments sector, as well as help them through an exciting period of change and transformation within the business.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Risk Director with embedding the risk framework, as well as helping to design and future-proof the framework in the future.
• Taking ownership for embedding regulatory framework in line with PSD2, and other regulation
• To manage the strategy of the operational risk, conduct risk, business continuity, and resilience
• Regular engagement/collaboration with other risk members, and the wider business to support the on going developments of policies and procedures across enterprise risk
• To work closely with technology stakeholders to help with information security framework developments.

Experience:

• Strong working knowledge of operational risk
• The ability to lead and develop a team of risk officers, and risk analysts
• Experience of working in a customer centric industry - Retail Banking, payments,
• Knowledge and interpretation of regulations related to Operational risk management
