Sasha Graham is the CEO of EqualityGroup, a Culture, Diversity and Inclusion consultancy. Sasha brings over 15 years of experience across learning and development, finance, and communications that drive impactful initiatives. Based in London, Sasha has a multicultural background and is a determined Brazilian-Jiu-Jitsu blue belt and a huge Star Trek fan.

Professor Keon West is the Head of Academic Research at Equality Group. He's a social psychologist, (doctorate, Oxford University, 2010), part-time professor at the University of London, and author of The Science of Racism. He's published over 75 empirical papers on groups, bias, diversity, and inclusion - many in the best peer-reviewed social psychology journals. He's also appeared frequently in print, on radio, and on television discussing his research. He's a husband, a father of two boys, a hobby photographer, a citizen of three countries, and (also) a huge fan of Star Trek. He has always been Black.
