Dawn is Director of Compliance at DF Capital, a Bank based in Manchester offering retail deposits and specialist lending. She is the MLRO and enjoys the demands and pace of working in a small, growing firm whilst balancing the challenges of wearing multiple hats. Prior to DF Capital, Dawn held MLRO accountability at Cumberland Building Society and a start-up based in Manchester, leading remediation activity and setting up new frameworks. Outside of workDawnenjoys triathlon and is a volunteer Trustee for Samaritans, attending the quarterly Audit and Risk Committee as well as taking calls on a weekly basis.
