Broadgate is looking to hire an accountant who is part-qualified in ACA/ACCA and looking to make the next step up in their career. Our client is one of the best financial services businesses in the UK and they are looking for keen and ambitious candidates to join this company in order to hit the ground running with a variety of high-value clients.

Requirements:

• An understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP
• An understanding of the consolidation of financial statements is desirable
• MUST have completed 6+ ACCA/ACA exams (exemptions are acceptable but at least 1 exam has to be sat and passed)
• Experience in Trial balances
• Experience in month-end (accruals, pre-payments)
• MUST be able to live and work in the UK without need of sponsorship between now or in the future (this role cannot provide sponsorship and any point)
• 1-2 years experience in a relevant accounting role
• Private equity and real estate funds experience is desirable
