Responsibilities:
- Assist with designing and implementing frameworks, policies, and processes.
- Support with the delivery and management of Regulatory Change projects, particularly the implementation of IAF/SEAR.
- Contribute to Board activities, Business Plan, and Strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events, when necessary.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in governance, risk, and/or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of legal regulations and frameworks (e.g., IAF/SEAR).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, VBA, Macros).
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
