We are representing a highly regarded corporate practice with a strength in the life sciences space. Due to the teams sustained growth, we are searching for a seasoned corporate lawyer, at Legal Director \ Senior Associate level, to focus on corporate M&A and venture capital transactions.

In this varied role you will advise an eclectic mix of life science related businesses including early stage and listed organisations. You will also work closely with investment funds and investment banks.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• A passion for and exceptional knowledge of the life sciences sector
• Merger & acquisitions and venture capital experience within life sciences
• The ability to deliver results focused advice
