Financial Controller
Our client, a commercial real estate firm, are seeking a financial controller to work closely with the CFO. This role offers a great opportunity to join a dynamic business at a pivotal time of its gorwth. 

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Preparation of the IFRS consolidated and individual financial statements (HGB) for the quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Implementation and preparation of consolidation processes.
• Support in the further development of accounting and valuation guidelines and create management reporting
• Preparation of IFRS accounting and ac as the contact person for questions about reporting.
• Manage the completeness of the Group reporting of the subsidiaries (reporting)
• Creation of processes and methods as well as participation in accounting projects 

 
Your profile: 

• Relevant financial degree 
• At least 3 years experience working in real estate or with real estate assets in Germany 
• Fluency in German and English
