Duties And Responsibilities

* Your primary focus will be the development, documentation, and implementation of operational processes, output, controls, and reporting. This will include soliciting business requirements, developing process flows, and working with stakeholders to ensure proper implementation within the organization and/or vendor partners.

* Dynamic role that may work on multiple projects at a time which requires balancing priorities, strong communication skills, and mental agility. Opportunity to work across multiple aspects of insurance operations.

* Continuous improvement mindset that proactively seeks out improvements in transformation, operations, and conversion processes and functions

* Partner with workstream leaders and participants in coordinating working sessions, follow ups, and executing next steps.

* Ability to assist in organizing effective, outcome-based meetings, capture takeaways and partner with project managers and leaders on driving projects through completion.

* Development of Standard Operation Procedures

* Working with technology on building operational infrastructure such as customer portals, workflow, etc.

* Identification and recommendation of Operational process improvements, risk mitigation, etc.

* Participation in Operating model design and implementation activities

* Analysis and recommendations to business leads

* Produce operational artifacts such as new customer correspondence, templates, Visio process flows, analytics, etc.

Qualifications

* 8+ years of Insurance industry product experience in an operations role

* Proven success working on conversions, transformations, and/or change management type roles

* Life & Annuity or Financial Services experience required

* Ability to see the "big picture" and identify how individual activities contribute
