Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Monitoring & Testing: Lead the daily monitoring and testing of compliance across key areas, assessing procedural effectiveness and reporting outcomes.
- Regulatory Engagement: Oversee responses to regulatory requests, manage filings, and ensure seamless compliance documentation.
- Team Leadership Support (Long term): Mentor junior team members, promoting a collaborative and growth-focused team culture.
- Partnering with Senior Leadership: Engage regularly with senior management to provide compliance insights, aligning best practices with strategic goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Finance, and third-party vendors to enhance compliance processes firm-wide.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: 6+ years in a compliance role within regulated financial services, ideally wealth management.
- Skills: Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills; experience engaging cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Integrity: High discretion and judgment, especially in managing sensitive information.
