​Luana Boni Chagas is a Recruitment Consultant who specialises in recruiting Compliance and Financial Crime professionals in Ireland.

Luana was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Thanks to a sports scholarship she received, she lived a few years in the U.S. while completing her college studies and playing volleyball for her universities, right before she moved to Ireland in 2021. Luana graduated with a BA in Psychology with a minor in Forensics and Criminal studies, and her final thesis was about psychometric testing as a tool for better recruitment. Luana decided to work in recruitment because of her background in Industrial Psychology and her passion for helping people find their dream job.

In her personal life, she loves playing competitive volleyball, travelling (15 countries and counting), and reading books about several topics such as the Feminist movement, psychoanalysis, and her favourite, dystopias.
