From the UK, Ireland, Germany and the US - our Broadgate Search Social community came together for our webinar, ‘Covid 19 – A Trial by Fire for Risk Professionals: And What of the Future?’ With the recent news, the webinar felt more current than ever, as we discussed how exactly risk management firms have been coping since the pandemic, the positive measures they have taken as well as lessons they have learned.
A prevalent topic discussed was mental health, and how organisations have helped accommodate people when working from home, as well as addressing how productive working from home is, and if there have been any new opportunities that have arisen from the pandemic.
