Earning her Master of Business Administration, Finance, from Cleveland State University and her Bachelor of Science, Accounting, from Case Western Reserve University, Monica previously served with KeyBank as Senior Director of Operational Risk Program Management – a role she held since 2015. A Certified Public Accountant,
Monica joined Busey in January 2020 with nearly 25 years of financial leadership experience, including a 16-year tenure with KeyCorp, one of the nation’s largest bank-based financial services companies. She formerly served as KeyBank’s Finance Director of Support Services and Finance Manager of Corporate Real Estate, among other positions.
