• Group Customer Director for Lloyds Banking Group; and

• Fintech supervisor for the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA). 

Nowadays, Adrian brings his lengthy career experience to bear, advising well-known companies and financial services firms as a board effectiveness reviewer and trainer, executive coach, and mentor (often to Company Chairs, CEOs, and other board members). Adrian works closely with Broadgate and Trinnovo Group recruiters on C-suite and INED searches.
