Location: Dublin city centre - Remote-first (1-2 times a month in the office)
Package: €45,000 - €50,000 + Annual Bonus & Benefits

- Perform 2nd line control testing and engage with risk owners.
- Provide management information on risk activities to senior stakeholders.

- Manage incident processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Support ad hoc risk-related queries from other departments.
- Experience in Risk Management or Operational Risk within Financial Services, ideally in the Mortgage or Banking sectors.
- Knowledge of Consumer Protection Code (CPC) or relevant mortgage regulations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
- Cultural fit is key – someone proactive, collaborative, and adaptable.
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland without visa support!
