Key Responsibilities

Lead the firm’s tax strategy, ensuring compliance with UK and international tax regulations.
Oversee corporate tax planning, risk management, and advisory services for both the firm and its clients.
Manage tax compliance processes, including VAT, corporation tax, transfer pricing, and international tax structures.
Provide expert advice on tax-efficient structures, transactions, and business operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HMRC, external advisers, and key stakeholders.


What We're Looking For

• Qualifications: CTA qualification (essential requirement to be considered for this role), ACA, ACCA, or equivalent tax qualification (desirable).
• Experience: Minimum 6-10 years in tax advisory, compliance, and leadership roles, preferably within professional services 

Skills & Knowledge:

• In-depth understanding of UK and international tax legislation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial acumen.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to develop tax strategies that drive business growth.
