The Role: Reporting to the Director of Finance and Corporate Services, you will:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of finance and governance strategies that align with organizational goals. Provide insight and advice to support decision-making and financial sustainability.
- Financial Oversight: Ensure accurate financial reporting, effective budget management, and compliance with statutory regulations. Lead on financial projects and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Governance & Risk Management: Develop and implement governance frameworks and risk management processes, fostering a culture of accountability and compliance across the organization.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing finance and governance team, creating an environment of collaboration, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
- Change Management: Champion and lead initiatives to drive organizational transformation, ensuring the alignment of systems, processes, and policies.
