As part of this transformation, we are expanding our Finance and Corporate Services team and are looking for a dynamic and talented Deputy Director of Finance and Governance to join us. This pivotal leadership role will help shape the future of our organization by driving excellence in financial management, governance, and risk management.

The Role: Reporting to the Director of Finance and Corporate Services, you will:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of finance and governance strategies that align with organizational goals. Provide insight and advice to support decision-making and financial sustainability.
• Financial Oversight: Ensure accurate financial reporting, effective budget management, and compliance with statutory regulations. Lead on financial projects and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Governance & Risk Management: Develop and implement governance frameworks and risk management processes, fostering a culture of accountability and compliance across the organization.
• Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing finance and governance team, creating an environment of collaboration, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
• Change Management: Champion and lead initiatives to drive organizational transformation, ensuring the alignment of systems, processes, and policies.
